PAYMENTS, CANCELLATION, WEATHER and AOB

We no longer accept credit cards due to the unfortunate small amount of divers who cancel last minute and exect full refunds then place their credit card in dispute.

• Generally deposit payments are 30% of the overall trip price.
• 40% of the overall price must then be paid 6 months prior to the trip.
• The final balance must be paid 5 months prior to departure.

No refund will be given in all instances.  we negotiate trips based on group pricing to give you the lowest costs availble. 

We advise everyone to take out DAN dive and trip insurance without exception !!!

The captain, and ONLY the Captain, will make the decision regarding weather. There are many different apps out there giving lots of different details, However, the Captain has the experience and knows his boat and capabilities. Please do not message me daily/constantly questioning the weather. If in the unforeseen changes of weather deem the journey unsafe, SDT will not be liable for any alternate accommodation, food, ferry or flight costs. 

NOTE: Shark diving is a serious activity and divers experience and attitude must be right. If at anytime we feel that either of these are not in line, we will terminate the dive and not allow any further diving. Respect for the feeder and captains rules is non negotiable, their experience far outweighs others. If we feel you are not of the right diving level or the attitude is not correct, we reserve the right to not allow a booking without reason specified.
